Overview

Dovin Interior Design is a small studio in Irvine servicing residential homes with a specialty in window curtains. There, I conducted marketing, clerical, translation, and UX design tasks.

Outcome

Updated company website and created new digital assets.

Developed internal tools for company use such as order forms and marketing templates.

Worked with clients directly to resolve order issues as a part of redesigning the customer experience.

Improved the customer experience by incorporating digital previews and progress updates, increasing purchase confidence and ratings.
